Our stay at El Patio 77 was so beautiful and quaint! The entire staff made us feel at home and were so accommodating. Elvia was very welcoming and recommended some delicious places for us to eat at upon our arrival. This helped us feel comfortable in our new surroundings and her recommendations were spot on! I definitely recommend this beautiful boutique and will be sending my friends and family there on their travels.❤️❤️❤️

Amazing hotel! I loved staying here, and it was really easy to access many restaurants and sites around here! Our room was wonderful, the staff and Elvia were super nice, and all in all, it was a phenomenal 3 days! We will definitely be staying here when we return next year!

An absolute gem in the heart of Mexico City. Elvia was a great host to my partner and made us feel right at home. The hotel is a genuine oasis in the middle of the city and once you are inside the noise and busyness of the city turns off and you can completely relax. Super strong wifi as well which made it a great place to catch up on work in the beautiful courtyard.

Highly recommend staying at El Patio 77. This was our first time in CDMX and had a great experience. The hotel is located in la colonia San Rafael, which is such a cool neighborhood where locals live. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but still close enough to walk or Uber places. The hotel is beautiful and decorated very nicely. The staff is 5/5. Elvia, the hotel manager/hostess, is very welcoming and sweet. We even got to meet her dog Bonito. We also met Luisa and Dafne, who work in the office - they were very nice and helpful. The homemade breakfasts are incredible. I didn’t catch their names, but the chefs were fantastic. Very nice too. They offer fresh juices, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt and granola. The homemade entrees are the best part - chilaquiles were our favorite. We felt very welcome as an LGBT+ couple. You can tell the hotel cares for their guests and their property. We stayed in the Chiapas suite, which was spacious and had a nice bathroom. 100% recommend. Make sure you try La Polar for amazing birria - only a 7 min walk away!

Very nice and comfortable. This is a boutique hotel renovated from an old house. The breakfast is delicious and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at El Patio 77 and we could not recommend it enough. The wonderful host manager Elvia (and her gorgeous dog Juanito!) made us feel so at home from the second we arrived.. We didn't want to leave! We had the best nights sleep we've had in months on the memory foam bed, the breakfast was INCREDIBLE (2 courses too!!!), really strong wifi, central location in the wonderful neighbourhood of San Rafael, and everything was absolutely spotless! It was so interesting chatting to Elvia about the history of the Bu0026B and how they really go above and beyond to be good for the environment too - through solar panels, collected and recycled rain water, and locally sourced food and furniture. Highly recommend a stay here when in CDMX!

It is a pretty place and I was excited to stay here after hearing so many great things. However, when we arrived for our 5-night stay (that I reserved and paid 50% for a year in advance) they had no record of my reservation. After I showed all the email confirmations from their staff and a bank statement confirming the payment, they still asked us to leave so they could accommodate a different group who was checking in the next day (who reserved after us). Very disappointing, we go to CDMX frequently and I could have been a repeat customer.

They did allow us to stay one night, but we had to move into an Airbnb the next day. We got a refund for the days we didn’t stay and they were very apologetic, but it was a stressful experience so I will not make an effort to return and won’t recommend it to others.
