The experience with the Argentine Chefs was sensational, they had good treatment, coarse dishes, good attitude and attention.
I remember on one occasion that my pizza took too long to arrive and they took the time to apologize and offer me some delicious appetizers with chimichurri sauce.

Yesterday I went with the same illusion, a Sunday at 7 pm. The place only had 2 tables occupied (about 4 or 5 people). Since we arrived there was a couple arguing with the Waiter/Cook/Owner/Cashier about the waiting time. Seeing the people, I identified that it was not the old staff (I believed this since they kept the same name as the previous administration [very bad, denotes lack of identity]).

When the waiter arrived, we asked him to bring us a calzoni and a clericot as an appetizer and; A "big" pizza and a plate of lasagna. The waiter said that they did not have meat to make the lasagna, that it was just about to arrive, but that apart from that they brought it frozen, so we would have to wait longer than normal. As I heard the previous discussion, I told him that if he ordered a vegetarian lasagna, he would have no problem with the waiting time. The waiter said that there was no problem with that one, however, and I quote, he said "But that's all I'm going to bring you, I'm not going to bring you any more" ????? .
It took 45 minutes for him to bring us the Calzóni and the Clericot. A calzóni that was a gigantic mass of spreadable bread with small portions of filling.????????
In those 45 minutes 2 more tables arrived, the table that was next to us literally had to stop to pay the kitchen since they never took the bill.
20 minutes later, they brought the "large" pizza that is for 2 people and my little slice of lasagna.
The pizza, as expected, with an inedible dough because of how hard it is. The owner/waiter offered me sauces that he did not bring to the table????????. He also never brought napkins.

The green lasagna is VERY good⭐, I highly recommend it if you are unlucky enough to eat here.
I would like to think that the bad seasoning, the slow service, or the lack of attention was due to a lack of staff or to their traditional way of preparing food, as the Chef/owner told me at the end of my dinner. However, the many comments I have read with their opinions show otherwise.

El día de ayer fuí con esa misma ilusión, un día domingo a las 7 pm. El local solo tenía 2 mesas ocupadas (unos 4 o 5 comensales). Desde que llegamos había una pareja discutiendo con el Mesero/Cocinero/Dueño/Cajero por el tiempo de espera. Al ver a las personas identifiqué que no se trataba del antiguo personal (esto lo creí ya que mantuvieron el mismo nombre que la administración anterior [muy mal, denota falta de identidad]).

Cuando llegó el mesero, pedímos nos trajera un calzoni y un clericot como aperitivo y; Una Pizza "grande" y un plato de lasagna. El mesero dijo que no tenían carne para hacer la lasagna, que apenas estaba por llegar, pero que aparte la traían congelada, así que habría que esperar más de lo normal. Como escuché la discusión anterior le dije que si al pedir una lasagna vegetariana no tendría problemas con el tiempo de espera. El mesero dijo que con esa no había problema, sin embargo, y cito textualmente dijo "Pero eso es todo lo que les voy a traer, ya no les voy a traer más" ¿????? .
Pasaron 45 minutos para que nos llevara el Calzóni y el Clericot. Un calzóni que era una masa gigantesca de pan impartíble con pequeñas porciones de relleno.????????
En esos 45 minutos llegaron 2 mesas más, la mesa que estaba al lado de nosotros literal se tuvo que parar a pagar a cocina puesto que nunca le llevaron la cuenta.
20 minutos después, llevaron la pizza "grande" que es para 2 personas y mi rebanadita de lasagna.
La pizza, como era de esperarse, con una masa incomible por lo dura. El dueño/mesero me ofreció tmb salsas que no llevó a la mesa????????. Tampoco nunca llevó servilletas.

La lasagna verde está MUY buena⭐, se las recomiendo muchísimo si tienen la mala suerte de comer aquí.
Me gustaría pensar que el mal sazón, la lentitud en el servicio, o la poca atención se debía a que faltó personal o a su modo tradicional de hacer la comida como me platico el Chef/dueño al final de mi cena. Sin embargo, los múltiples comentarios que he leído con sus opiniones demuestran lo contrario.

PD: Si alguien sabe si los antiguos Chefs Argentinos abrieron otro restaurant por la zona favor de dejar el contacto o invitación en los próximos comentarios para visitarlos.
