Hidden off the beaten path is this little jewel. It's gourmet food and cozy ambiance is a nice reprieve from the norm. I am all for taco stands and tortas, but this is good food on a different level.

A very cozy place with some great dishes on the menu, like the mussel soup or the tuna with cuitlacoche, plus a reasonable choice for drinking national or imported beer and wine as well as some spirits. But maybe the best about El Convite is the impressive program of jazz music performances on weekend evenings. On Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays, you can find established as well as recent numbers or jam sessions. A good option for dinner.

Very good food. High-end quality. Excellent shrimp risotto. Reasonable price.

Nice place. The coffee was too concentrated, and the bread would be better if warm.

You will feel at home..and that is so difficult to find..check calendar to attend amazing jazz shows
