It is far from any plaza, my room is very noisy from busy highway traffic throughout the day and night. Room is small and no closet. Got 2 hangers and no fridge or kettle if you want tea or coffee in the room. Need to ask front desk every time I need a blow dryer and return it as soon as I finished. The outside noise in the bathroom is worse so I shut the door the entire time. Definitely not staying here again if I plan to visit the city again. Only good thing is that it next to Walmart and Starbucks and some local food vendors. The pillows has this prickly feathers which is pretty painful. I have to use my clothes to over over the pillow. Smh

Small room equipped with basic amenities, TV and a safe. Room without aircon so a fan is provided. Free breakfast. Next to Walmart and eateries within walking distance. About 20mins by uber from airport.

I stayed here in Aug' 2021. I liked the hotel for its value for money. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is good. The staff here is superb. I recommend this hotel. I see this hotel is getting popular with Indian expats who need to make Mexico City a stop before reaching their final destination. Well done, keep it up!

The location is good a bit noisy, but the workers were pretty kind. The only thing that really bothered me was that one of the receptions told me the day we checked out that they have an EXECUTIVE TAXI service that works with the hotel and that she can call for us. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes and the surprise was That EXECUTIVE TAXI she called wasn't an EXECUTIVE TAXI nor an UBER. I hate when people mislead me when I'm putting my trust on them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that's included is always good and they give you options. The rooms are large and clean with Walmart next door and street food all over it's a no brainer.

Hotel is beautiful very neat and clean. I stayed in the hotel for 15 days. Breakfast menu is soo bad everyday was same and the staff there were not so welcoming and friendly but rest of the hotel staff were superb specially front desk one of them i remember her name Yazmin she was beyond expectations always helpful.

Good place to stay in Mexico city. High end hospitality, friendly atmosphere and staff Hotel surrounded with great popular historical place enjoy the Mexico city.
Need to add food . Overall great experience 5star ranking.
