We were a group of 6 friends and we enjoyed the appartement. The decor is beautiful! We had a great service.
It is fully equipped with great coffee. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and the area is very safe. Love our stay and will definitely come back!!

Excellent service, comfortable and very well situated. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent reception from the day you arrive. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Nearby restaurants bars and cafes and parks makes this a favourite place to stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Don Jacinto's. Early on from making my reservation they were communicative and patient (payment wouldn't go through despite calling my bank).

There is no reception, but they are very responsive through WhatsApp. I was greeted st the front and the lady was very helpful. She even messaged food and drink suggestions that didn't disappoint.

The room was clean, comfortable, and everything you'd expect from a hotel. The shower was large, but I wish the water would be hotter. I would have hoped that power outlets would have been more accessible. They are in uncomfortable locations.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood near Parque Chapultepec. Sadly the metro nearby the hotel was out of service during my stay, but it makes it really easy to get around the city by metro when it is in service.

I can't wait for my next trip to CDMX and stay with Don Jacinto's again.

If you are new to Mexico City and want to stay at a colonial, clean, safe and magical place this is your place to go. Me and my wife absolutely loved this place, we would definelty make it our to-go spot everytime we visit Mexico City.
It is also a walking distance of a lot of great restaurants/bars and turisty areas at which makes it an ideal spot in the Condesa area.

Location was excellent close by to Castillo Chapultepec walking or uber. (we took ubers), breakfast spots within walking distance, Customer service was 100% would answer our questions within minutes, spacious apartment, we stayed at#42/202. metro station a block away. Everything you need to feel at home. Cozy home. I would definitely stay again. Safe neighborhood oh and cant forget the gentleman that sales tortas de chilaquiles and coffee across the street from building.

Traveled with my husband and two children 7 and 10 along with another couple. The location was great and I felt safe with my kids in this building. There are locks to go in and out the building which was great. I made a mistake and didn't book the right amount of days so we actually stayed in two different rooms. I loved both! would highly recommend. They were very clean and I actually left a few things behind they called me and gratiously mailed them to me. I would defiantly stay again. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and making our trip so enjoyable.

Beautiful rooms with great hospitality and service! Location is the best and the neighbourhood amazing! Would definitely recommend to people to stay here as I will do next time I visit Mexico City too.
