Great value, spacious room, very friendly and helpful. Amazing location, relaxed and as quiet as you can get in central CDMX.

The area of Condesa has to be one of the best places to stay in Mexico City and Condesa Suites as a family is both comfortable and affordable. The people that run it are friendly and there to help when you need it. Location is great, surrounded by restaurants, bars and services to make your stay easy and stress free. If you are vegan like us, you'll never run out of options. There's a nice playground a few minutes walk and the public transport is great to get around the city.

Very unhappy with the service from Condesa Suits. We asked staff member (he said his name was Erik) if we can reserve a room for Friday night and leave our luggage until we return from Oaxaca. He said no problem, my sister asked if she should pay for reservation but he said we can pay when we return. Only to find out that when we returned there was no room reserved for us - leaving us with no accommodation for the night. He then tried to offer us a room with single bed - for the same price as the room with king size before! They tried to overcharge us knowing we have no options left. Very mean and unkind. And unreliable! Disappointed and will not return.

This was a really great place to stay. Clean and safe. We had two separate bedrooms plus two bathrooms, a fridge and microwave. There was no hairdryer or iron in the room, but they are available on request. Great value for money in a super hip part of Mexico City.

Loved the hotel, very friendly receptionist, and nearly invisible staff, doing their job very nicely! The room was big, with all the amenities as disclosed. The location is impeccable, the neighborhood is very safe, with lots of hip restaurants and cafes nearby. The metro station is in a 5-minute walk distance, but we also walked to the historical center by foot, which took us about an hour.

The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately it stank of cigarette smoke and a cheap air freshener used to try to cover up the smell of the cigarettes. Kind and helpful staff. Great location.
