Excellent service, great English and they seem like very capable doctors. I got an appointment in 90 minutes when I had bad stomach problems. It was such a good experience and I felt that the doctor knew what he was doing that I signed up for a 6-month membership.

If you're from another country don't hesitate. Capable people with good English and they are not rushed. In my experience they do a thorough job.

Dr. Paulina is AMAZING! My husband and I were visiting Mexico City from the U.S. and my husband got sick. Unfortunately we do not speak Spanish so we were worried how the visit to a doctor was going to go. I found the clinic on google search and it was very easy to make an appointment. When we showed up, we were greeted by a super friendly staff and were seen immediately. Dr. Paulina examined my husband thoroughly, took her time to answer all our questions (fluent in English) and prescribed his medicines! She also offered for us to come in for a follow up / check in to see his progress for free!! She was so patient and caring! I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you so much, Dr. Paulina!

Had a bad stomach pain while traveling here and found out about this place (and so glad that I did). The location is easy to get to, their website is easy to navigate with transparent pricing, and the booking is fast and easy. Dr. Romero treated me right away and prescribed me the medicine. You take the prescription and can go to any pharmacy (there's one within 10 minutes walk from the clinic too) to pick up your medicine right away (separate costs). The whole process was straight forward (frankly much easier than the States) and I am glad that they have the English-speaking medical services available for emergency situation like this. Had the most helpful online consultation (I scheduled at 2 am while feeling ill and was on a call with a doctor by 9 am) with this team. They were super kind and immediately recommended a full regimen of medicine and useful extras that are already, a day later, helping me feel better. I'm very impressed by this service, and because the pharmacy delivered, I never had to leave my house for any of this!

Whilst on holiday in Mexico I became unwell and used CliniMed's services. Dr Romero went above and beyond to ensure my recovery and that I was well enough to get my flight home and I can't thank him enough - he was incredibly kind, patient and thorough in his care. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a doctor in Mexico City.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day. Was seen immediately on arriving at the clinic and the Doctor I saw was friendly and consultation was thorough. Highly recommend this clinic if you need an English speaking doctor in CDMX

Quick, friendly service and a reasonable price. I made an appointment only a few hours in advance, and then I showed up 30 minutes early and they still found a way to take care of me right away. Highly recommended!
