Not up to the mark. Location of this hotel is great but rooms are too small. No proper ventilation. Suffocating.
I would not recommend

Rooms are very small. At night they close main entrance, you will need to walk in thru the parking lot.

I would like to make a recognition to Ms. Guadalupe Hernandez. She is the receptionist of the hotel and, since the time I did the check-in till the time I checked out, she went out of her way to meet and exceed my expectations. She provided me a proper and well located room-I needed a silent room; arranged my breakfast to be delivered on time; helped me with information I required-including a copy of a personal document; and even understood the reason behind my late check-out.
Due to the nature of my job I stay in different hotels around the world and I was delighted by Ms. Hernandez performance: energetic, enthusiastic, helpful, attentive to detail, and most important, empathetic.
Moreover, the location, the cleanliness of the room, the overall staff and facilities are top notch.
Thank you so much, Ms. Guadalupe Hernandez, I highly hope the company realizes the great value you provide to the company.

Great service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and have decent amenities. Beds are comfortable and included extra blankets. There is a safe in the room and an iron. The included breakfast was good and had a decent variety. I didn't have any issues with noise as others have had.

Good hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and the best thing about it is that it's really close to a lot of stores as the building is inside of a mall. You hace a supermarket, movie theater and lots of restaurants at the same place. The staff was very kind and I'd totally come here next time.

The room was very clean. We had a room that over looked the city and the street below on the 3rd floor. The room was well insulated from the traffic on the street. All the services were friendly and quick. The only complaint about the room is the water pressure in the shower was very low. The hotel is situated in a mall. With retail stores and restaurants. Serveral of the restaurants serve Mexican food that unique to cental Mexico.
