It's an incredible experience!
This Museum offers almost all FREE exhibits. (doesn't matter if you are a foreigner)
Exhibits remain for 1 to 3 months.
Some exhibits are also free guided, so ask in for a better experience. (but I recommend to give a Tip to guides [Most of them are students]). I dont know if they offer tour guidanses in different languages than Spanish, but you can ask.

Tours here could last from 25 minutes up to 2 hours depending on the exhibit, some has few chambers open and others the whole Museum.

Pls visit this places, you will learn more from our culture and traditions ????????.

I hyghly recommend going here. The entrance is free. Even on a Saturday it didn't feel crowded. Currently there is an exposition from Yvonne Domenge that is stunning. She used geometrical 3-dimensial shapes. The rest of the museum is beautiful as well. If you go upstairs the (I guess permanent) art tells you the history of Mexican independence. It's nice if you understand a bit of Spanish to be able to follow the explanation (or use another tool).

Beautiful art in a gorgeous historical building. It has a fascinating history - this building was previously called The Palace of Iturbide (1779 to 1785) and built as a replica of a royal palace in Palermo, Italy. Upon independence from Spain, the First Mexican Emperor was crowned here and took up residence. THEN for a couple of centuries it had a number of purposes, including housing the School of Mining (!).
Now, the restored building houses a collection of art and has been renamed the Palacio de Cultura Banamex. It’s free entry and open for all of us to enjoy! How lovely.

The palace itself is worth 1,000 stars. The curation of the art exposed is impeccable, so it doesn't matter what expo is on, I can bet it's worth your time. The only sad part is the service in general. All the workers I interacted with except one were rude and not friendly at all. If you can, don't try to talk to anyone and your visit will be more enjoyable.

The Palacio de Iturbide in and of itself is a work of art. The current exhibit (Sept 2022) is Spanish colonial art and its definitely something I vibe with. Regardless of the exhibit, this palace is worth the visit for its architecture.
