The sound was ridiculously loud for a tiny space. (Platinum theater 1) It was uncomfortable for our whole group and they refused to lower the volume. We had to put kleenex in our ears to be able to stay. (If it had been only me, I would have left nd demanded a refund.) Service was terrible. It took over 5 requests and 45 minutes to get a spoon. They ignored the bell and served the food in stages, interrupting the movie for everyone. Not only was it NOT a platinum experience, it was bad enough for us to agree to NEVER go to those theaters again. It's a pity they can't hire or train decent staff, from sound calibrators for each theater according to size, to food servers who actually WANT to do their job and help their customers.
