Nice place to go back to watch a movie!! Very good service! Needs a little cleaning and, very important, you must carry with you your physical rewards card to get your points, otherwise they will go to waste :-(

VIP Movie theater inside a small mall, the service is good and efficient, a bit expensive but ok. They offer antibacterial gel and temperature checking to enter the place. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.n

I cannot find myself going to the cinema without enjoying full reclining comfy chairs since I first went to Cinemex Platinum. It is a fancy outing every now and then. This cinemex has very good chairs but there is an annoying speaker next to you that doesn't work. Other than that, the quality of the movies, the food and the service is very good for such an establishment. I don't think I'll go back to regular cinemas anytime soon.

Was very nicely surprised about the seating, very very comfortable, went to see fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them and was glad they had subtitles rather that it being dubbed, the employees were good about getting what I wanted, knowing little Spanish. It all comes to a great price for the unbelievable comfort of the recliners, they also had menus you could order from which was great, even though I didn't have enough money at the time to do so, it seemed like a good option for someone who had the money with them.

This is top of the line cinema. Chairs have been renewed recently. They are confortable but not as slick as the previous one with a glass side table and a greater recline angle.

Very limited menu in Playing service. They had no ice scream. Hollywood cinema is not worth the price of admission.
