I can't believe I paid 71 pesos for fried tempura onions and when they came they were just onions submerged in a black soya sauce?! I am so outraged. Don't call it fried onions when it is just onions with soya sauce? As a Chinese i expected it to be bad but I didn't expect it to be THIS bad. Never ordering from this restaurant again!!!

Definitely my favorite place in Mexico City to get fresh Chinese food. Delicious and excellent quality. The servers are very kind and the owner is a very nice person. I miss going there. Go try it, they have good fixed menus. You won't regret!!!

Oh how I miss this place! I lived in Mexico City from 1992-1994 and this was my favorite restaurant! Here I am in 2022 living in Texas and wishing they delivered internationally! Lol Best Chinese I EVER HAD!

Probably the worst chinese food I have ever had. There was absolutely nothing chinese about the preparation or the flavor. Every sauce was the same. Nothing but sugar. Literally threw all in the garbage. Even the fried rice had 0 flavor of chinese cooking. General Tso chicken was pure sweet red colored sauce not one touch of chili. Sweet sour ribs, nothing sour, only pure sugar. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

To be fair we had low expectations to find any decent Chinese food in Mexico but this was absolutely inauthentic, terrible quality food and an insult to China and the Chinese people.
Soup was tasteless, the spare ribs and beef were dry and old, the egg rolls were dry and completely tasteless too (threw them away).
Delivery came without sauces but ketchup and mustard instead. No cutlery was provided.
We ate half and threw the rest away. Such a disappointment.

In my opinion, China Girl is the very best Chinese food in CDMX. Everything is fresh and the food is delicious. Plus the staff is great. China Girl feels like an old school authentic Chinese restaurant from growing up.
