Let me he clear about this place. I go very often just because I pick up someone who works there. Nevertheless, the whole area has lots of factories where you can find really good prices. Tons of people go there to buy merchandise to sell in catalogues or on their own. The traffic is hideous and the streets are like a war zone. If I give it 5 stars is because I do think you can find good quality and fantastic prices.

Impressive change for better. Cleaner and wider hallways. The various food and snack options were quite attractive.
