Only stayed here for 2 nights but really enjoyed it. The staff is super friendly, the interior really cool and unique, and the location enough to walk to most places. The free breakfast is also nice, you get to chat with some cool people. Rooms are also nice with free water and even an adaptor. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Comtesse. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful to the extent that make you feel home. Location is great with a lot to explore in the neighborhood. The building and rooms are quite charming and clean. Wouldn't suggest it to the ones who are looking for a newly build modern place though.

We had a great stay. The location is very well situated. Its close to lots of great restaurants and only 20-30mins from the airport by taxi. Our room was comfortable and the decor/artwork through out the house was amazing.
The host Alam was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The included breakfast was cooked fresh and when eating at the communal table we had some great chats with other guests. We will be back!

Brilliant service, excellent location, and a delicious breakfast make this homey BnB a must-visit if you’re visiting CDMX! The staff are extremely kind and attentive. They greet you with a brief tour (in perfect English or Spanish— I heard they speak French too but I can’t attest to that.) After that, they let you take control of your trip; they’re never overbearing or pushy, but if you ask them questions about the city, they’re always willing to help.

Make sure to wake up on time for breakfast— it’s a different dish everyday! After that, take advantage of the bus (which stops right in front of the hotel) and the metro (which is about 8 minutes walking) to explore the city. Some general tips if you’re planning your first trip to CDMX: check out El Museo Jumex and la Zona Rosa!

Tl;dr: Casa Comtesse is a clean, well-located, and beautifully decorated BnB with expert staff. When I go back to CDMX, I’ll stay there— you should too!

Very clean, awesome staff, great breakfast. On the second day of my stay, some people were having a conversation in the lobby 6am in the morning. I could hear them in my room which was annoying.

Truly a beautiful spot — we stayed here for one night on our way into the city, and it was well worth it. Amazing art, funky vintage decor, two beautiful patios (we are still not doing indoor dining due to COVID so the opportunity to eat outside safely was great), and our breakfast (including eggs made to order) was delicious. Hospitality overall was wonderful: helpful, kind, welcoming, informative. Much appreciated.

I can't comment too much on the rooms — we stayed in a smaller room ("Ambar") with two twin beds and they were comfy. It met our needs, no complaints, but if you are looking for a spacious room to spread out in, I suggest asking for another one (they are all different). This was the last one available when we booked and it was also beautifully decorated, just on the small side. Water pressure and temperature was great.

We would absolutely recommend this spot.

An absolute gem of a hotel. It allows you to step into the "fantasy" of Mexico City with its beautiful architecture and tasteful design. Meticulously appointed by Thomas (the owner) - every detail for the guests has been thought through. Quiet and peaceful. Great location. No question I will return here the next time I'm in the city.
