While our room was sparking clean and the bed was very comfortable our particular room was definitely “squeezed in” arquitecturally and a bare minimum was invested in amenities. With no nightstands and no bedside lamps, nowhere to sit but the bed, and windows so thin that even whispering from the common area can be heard, this is property where one can only shower and sleep (if others in other rooms are respectful, and if there’s nothing noisy going on on the rooftops nearby—which there sometimes is) and take a shower.

Very nice and super helpful staff! Beware that privacy is limited; not much besides air between you and the rest of the hotel. The Suite adds a bit more privacy, and is worth the upgrade, if it is available.

Make yourself a favour and stay away from this place.
The service is not up to standard and the management is just awful.
The suit is very noisy and poorly decorated, just a bad and 2 shelves.
There is not Air Conditioning and ventilation in the bathroom but they can offer a small heater if you get cold!
Sheet with stains and an help yourself policy for toilet paper and shampoo from a cupboard in the corridor....... really?
If you then choose a deluxe room be prepare from the horror of mouldy walls, bleach smell and Only a little window that face the common living space.
Observe the picture and make your decision and be aware of the management........ not what you will expect from a luxury place ...... of course, IT’S NOT.

Hotel could not find my reservation and completely stopped responding when I asked about the money they had already withdrawn from my account. 0 stars. A scam.

Very nice house, not a lot of privacy. Any conversation in the common areas echos throughout all the rooms very loudly. The host is great and extremely responsive. Comfy rooms, nice TV's and bathrooms.

Beautiful little Hotel in a lovely neighbourhood in Roma Norte with delicious restaurants and cool shops in walking distance. Rooms are very clean and in a comfortable modern style. Special thanks to host Alex for his friendliness and efforts to make our stay as pleasent as possible!

Incredible helpful staff and wonderful spacious rooms. Place even looks better in real life! Would absolutely recommend and definitely coming back!
