Only stayed a night, okay accomodations. Door lock was broken and air conditioning didn't work well. Everything else was fine.

The Hotel is ok.
Prices is fair.

The lady at the reception is not kind, I can say, she was rude. They doesn't make you feel welcomed.

Anyway, the hotel is elegant, rooms are clean, but they don't have Smart TVs.

Restaurant is overpriced but the food is good.

Nice view, maybe a little noisy, but very convenient to have a beautiful mall just across the periférico , Artz mall, Plaza Artz Mexico, this plaza or mall have the best high-end stores.
But we ge most important things about Camino real is the service , everyone try to please you and the breakfasts are so good! The huevos divorciados which are two sunny side eggs , over a tortilla one with salsa verde and one with salsa roja ! OMG the best! To be in mexico and try their food is one of the best things you could ever eat !! Thank you “Camino Real Pedregal “!you are doing a really really great job !!! Thank you

The hotel is very clean the restaurant had excellent breakfast and food in general, very friendly staff and excellent service. Definitely a great address to keep!! Good measures for keeping safe during pandemic.

Very good Hotel and service. My room was spacious, clean and has comfortable beds. The breakfast in the restaurant on 1st floor was very good as well. It is worth noting that the elevator is comparable to the traffic in Mexico City...during peak time it takes you 100 hs of hours to get to your destination.

Friendly staff. Relatively clean room, could be cleaner though, due to the pandemic but especially for the price (2,000 mxn per night) which was not cheap. Convenient parking (100 mxn per 24 hrs). Bathroom was spacious but overall the room seemed a bit outdated. Great wifi.

Eric and Oscar were very helpful and attentive. The staff as a whole showed concern and were eager to help. I will come here again for sure, especially a nice area.
