Food was ok. They got wifi tho and a nice size dining room.

Service pretty good, however the food served to me was cold. Need to crank up the heat on the burgers or something, other than that taste was there, and it was a nice change from the other foods in Mexico City.

Today my backpack was stolen in there. No security at all. Then when I report the incident I hear the people say that it has happened before, and the establishment seems to haven't done anything yet to improve the security. I'm not naive, I take my precautions as in any other public place.
The food is as good as any other Burger King, but I've never had been robed in one before. If I ever return there I will be extremely careful and watchful and I highly recommend you to be as well in there and the vicinity!!

The burgers wengot were lukewarm at best, tasted good but clearly had been sitting somewhere for some time. Good nuggets. The fries were overcooked. The drink station were flat.

Washrooms are unclean and there was no toilet paper. There are beggers that come in and try to take your food from your plate (literally)! The lady at the ice cream counter was very friendly and helpful, but the cashiers at the main counter served locals before serving foreigners - regardless of who was first in line. They also gave the wrong change, stating that they did not have the correct amount.

Need to charge people to go in, to restore some of the buildings that are coming down. Sad to see them coming down because of its foundation.

It's a peaceful place, you can seat down while you Order is served.
