Besides my love for Nespresso and being a non-official brand ambassador; I have to recognize that in both the 01800 as well as in their Boutiques you can expect a fine and attentive personal service. Congrats to Elena from the Nespresso Boutique in Perisur (Mexico City) for her always professional and warm attention and for her patience. Keep up the great work!! :)

The store is fine, you can find all the standard as in any other nespresso stores.. Capsules, machines, accessories..

The service is really lacking. They seemed all angry to be working on 26th December.. The responses were rude. The system was down and they took over 30min to charge me..

Depends on who assists you. The experience can be marvelous or mega disgusting. Some guys feel they shouldn't be working there... last time, supercool.
