Since the arrogant dispacher (Yohn R) didn't find it necessary to write down the instructions regarding our address, it took about 1 and a half hour to get our pizzas. They were cold of course. We did't have to (they have policy I believe) but we still payed because we were starving by this time. The pizzas were average. When we called them afterwards to let them know what happend, the guy's (Yohn R) response was 'so what's the problem' and he was just giving us attitude.
We never came across anything like this before. Absolutely 0 customer service. Stay away from this place.
