The good: The nicest and most helpful people in person. Mariana is amazing- I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better retail service. Very sweet and helpful.

The bad: Completely useless if you call them. Wasted an hour and a half in an Uber for something that would have taken 5 seconds to explain on the phone. Apple has great standards worldwide but felt like whoever I talked to on the phone (several people) were unhelpful. But of course I don’t speak Spanish and that’s on me :)

I went to the store in Polanco to get a new iPhone, everything was great, I was quickly ushered in with a sales rep to help with my purchase. I chose the iPhone 11 and the adapter to charge, the sales rep even showed me several functions for my new iPhone, the only problem was when paying i was going to use the benefit from my bank for an interest free purchase… unfortunately the sales rep told me that was not an option when making purchases at the store, In order to get the interest free option I will need to make my purchase online. That was disappointing. Also, the sales rep told me the phone works and unlocks while wearing a mask and that is not true for the iPhone 11. Aside from this mishap … I will opt for online purchases from now on.

Gorgeous store, they had everything i needed, quite fast BUT you have to go through 4 FOUR people who ask you the SAME questions in order to get to the actual sales person. The seller knew the products perfectly BUT WITH SUCH A DIVA LIKE ATTITUDE! Very unpleasant experience
