Beautiful museum. The prehistoric exhibit was my favorite, really interesting to see them recreate these paintings with ancient methods! Information is also available in English. Free entry but you need to pay 50 pesos to take pictures. I recommend grabbing a coffee at the cafeteria next to the ticket booth and enjoying the garden views!

It’s such a beautiful museum to stop by if you are visiting Coyoacán. They have a very nice collection of water colors. Their gardens are gorgeous too!!

Watercolor isn't as popular and this museum is simply a gem among other collections not only for the large size of the collection but varied artists that you will find. The exterior of the main galleries is also very peaceful and there is a small auditorium for showings too.

It's a beautiful complex. Entrance by donation. Nice and friendly and helpful staff. Although I didn't know the painter
