Waitress seemed under trained. While passing the utensils she grabbed the tips of the forks and spoons. We politely asked if we could help pass the utensils out to avoid her from continuing touching the tips and she did not seem to like that as the quality of customer service decreased from that moment onward. Clean facility, good tasting food, reasonable price. Would return with hopes of receiving better service from waitress/waiters.

Our server was great! u0026 so was the food. I wonder if VIPS is under new management, as seems like the food quality has improved quite a bit.
