This Starbucks is very clean, have a nice staff and atmosphere. Always a good idea to stop by here for a coffee or two with some friends but also alone for working or just relax in the middle of the city.

This place is a little more familiar with their drinks and menu.. they are willing to try to hear u out and assist u in finding the correct drink amidst the language barrier.. good customer service and an excellent cup of frappe! May not have a large variety of sandwiches, but they work hard to please their customers.. this place does value their customer and I respect them for it

Slowest service ever...messy counter tops , 5 people working. ..one man in line, his order took ten minutes...? I got my capachino, the cup split...I asked nicely for serviettes...was told they are in the service area, I said there are none...explained my hot drink spilt...no staff person cared to help...I walked away and didn't get a drink...I don't ever recommend this Starbucks.

Expensive and very rude employees. I usually like Starbucks, too, but ask in Mexicali have extremely rude employees and never get my order correct because they don't care enough.

The service by drive is very bad, they are rude and don't pay attention to what you order, at the window they charge you something different.

The guy taking the order at the drive thru needs a shot before starting his shift..dude was asleep..
