We had our reservations booked never received a call nor email stating the reservation had been canceled. After a very long drive to our destination we tried to check in just to be informed we no longer had reservations at the hotel. When asked any questions as to why we were constantly given the run around and given different stories. They stated they called multiple times but I never received a call from the hotel. We left very disappointed and with nowhere to stay as all other hotels were booked. I would suggest taking your business else where if you don't want any surprises at your arrival to the hotel.

Great option for a comparable price. I have stayed at other Choice Hotels and this was a good quality stay for the type and price of hotels in the area.

The facility is very clean and in a good location. But the rooms are very small and so are the beds which make it a little uncomfortable. However , I have stayed in other hotels in the area and they are similar. However , I probably expected the rooms to be a little bigger since it is a choice hotel. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep and won’t spend much time in the room then this will work perfect for you. I had a baby with me and could have used the extra space but we worked with what was available. Other than the lady who checked us in, everyone was very polite and helpful. Towels were restocked upon request and our room was kept clean throughout our stay.

No parking!!! my AC in my room didn't work and the employee wouldn't give me a different room so I had to deal with it. Fruit flies coming out of the bathroom sink.

Very nice place to stay in Mexicali. The hotel staff were exceptional. I would stay there again.

Located in convenient area. Close to super market, Starbucks, Restaurants, car wash, movie theater. Friendly Helpful staff. Great cleaning ladies. Breakfast was good and the staff serving it was super nice. The woman at the front desk was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, fairly new, staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms met our expectations, room was a little small but not deal breaker. There was not enough towels in the room, no wash cloth. Location was perfect for our venue we attended.
