As a Chinese staying in Mexicali for few weeks, I have to say that they don’t actually sell any dish related with Hunan style, and other dishes tastes like a joke,Also the environment is pretty dirty. The worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been in this few years. Won’t come back again ! Not recommended at all !

It is not a good place to eat, it is dirty, i do not want to imagine the kitchen, the food cold, i order green tea and i got jazmin, there are better restaurants to eat at same prices .
