Very rude receptionist girl. Making you wait while doing nothing but chatting with the colleague. No towel in the room. Room very small for the same price you could stay next door hotel city express plus. Literally it’s just a room and a terrible bed.

If you are passing by and need a room for the night , this hotel is in a good location not far from the main border and shops. The room itself had dirty walls and stained sheets. The bathroom was surprisingly clean. The wait time to check In was too long with only 2 people waiting in front of me. If you just need a room for the night and are passing by , then go ahead as long as you don't mind the dirty rooms. It felt like a hospital room. For 60 dollars on a weekend , it was the only thing I could find.

This hotel was recommended by a few people. There are not a lot of places to stay in Mexicali so we stayed there. Rooms are ok not new like people are saying. They are ok nothing to write home about. The worst thing was that my wife had surgery the following day. We left the hotel at 5am that morning to the hospital and during prep they found a tick on my wife's hand. No we do not have pets and the only place for this to have happened would be the hotel as the elevators are not really watch and anyone can sneak a dog inside. We called the hotel and ask for a supervisor to call but of course 3 days after staying there no calls.

Dirty and neglected, clerk doesnt care. This is the worst One Hotel i stayed. For $100 dollar a night i felt mugged. Pictures speak fir them self.

No towels, one very old towel per room. Everything else was great.

I absolutely LOVE this place
Such great safety features like only being able to go to your assigned floor with a card swipe in the elevator
Breakfast from 7-10 am
I absolutely love the breakfast because it’s free and yummy flavorful authentic Mexican breakfast ????
This is our go to place anytime we are in Mexicali ????
