We complained because there was no hot water, they went to go ahead to fix it but we realized when I showered the next day there was still not hot water I let it run just in case it would take a few minutes but NO. We told the girl in the front she got an attitude saying we have to wait a few minutes, the whole time i showered no hot water came out. So we left to another hotel to receive good services. Also, the A/C they keep the remote so you have to keep going to the office to tell them for them to come in. Pointless. Also, the the shower was all rusted! The toilet and sink are right next to eachother so there’s no room. They sent a lady to clean our room when we weren't there without asking us first! Also at night it is very noisy, super noisy there’s a lot of movement.
