Tuve mi primera cirugia en este hospital el dia Martes 20 de Noviembre a las 8 am y recibi un pesimo servicio de unas de las muchachas de recepcion fueron bastante irrespetuosas. Despues de que la doctora me diera de alta a las 8pm , tuve que esperar otra hora y media para que facturaran mi cobro y aun haci se me cobro de mas. Tuve que regresar al siguiente dia de mi cirugia para recibir un vale de reembolso que todavia tenia que esperar a cobrar hasta el sabado y en almater de calle madero. La verdad pesimo servicio no se lo recomiendo a nadien. Jamas regresaria a este hospital. La mejor experience que tuve dentro del hospital fue con la increible enfermera Lidia.
