Won't be back lousy customer service the place was empty and still they took for ever because all the staff was all bunch up in the front of the place the burgers looked nice but took 2 bites and decided my dogs are eating burgers tonight, ordered the mozzarella sticks somewhat decent but the sauce they came with I have no idea what it was the only good things were the ice tea and the music other than that stay away from this place.

Great tasting burgers I got the tropical horror burger with fries and it was fire mmmm loved it. The service however was lacking in the attention to detail department, First forgetting our drinks and not mentioning the extra charge for dressings like ranch and BBQ.

Honestly ones star is too much...as it the only way to write a review....Horrible horrendous.and the most pessimist service ever...totally rude....takes over an hour to get your food...and at that they get your order wrong...dont give you napkins...forget your items you order...they are filthy nasty and non hygienic as they place ketchup packets on top of your fries just nasty and hair in my fries....ughhh.so nasty....all the servers hang out at the counter and never return to your table to follow up...oh and to top.it off the cant serve shakes since they ran out of cups...I mean who runs this place or worse who owns it......worst place for burgers in all mexicali....
