Extremely dirty room. The AC had a horrible smell, like it has never been cleaned or had the filter changed. I’ve never had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean my own hotel room before until my stay here. I wiped the floors with wipes and the floor was filthy. The cleanliness of this hotel is completely unacceptable. I will never go to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. Disgusting!

This is the worst experience we have ever had. We booked this hotel for four nights true booking com, but when we arrived at 1 am, they said no rooms were available. Imagine being in Mexico after a long travel on the street at night. It was the weekend and we couldn't find anything until 5 am. I would avoid this hotel.

I really like City Express but this time a I had a bad experience. I got a room next to the laundry room and at about 8am they were doing construction on the top room. So it was not so quiet for me. I really wanted to sleep in but the noise was too much.

Excellent for the price and location! I would highly reccomend booking online for great deals! The location is on a main street. Amazing chinese food next door and everything is close by. The rooms have a modern touch, but no fridge or microwave.
They serve hot breakfast, fruit cups, coffee, and fresh juice. For the price, cleaniness and location 5 stars for me.

Oh be ready to have ID for every adult. And Book Online.

My nephew was denied his room on his wedding day, exalted by all the beautiful event that he was denied because he was late, on his wedding night! why because they re-rented it. They didn't even try to help him, they couldn't because they had already rented his room. It was already paid for and reserved. This does not stay that way, there is no fairness or common sense in its employees.
There is no deadline to register. Check in after 3pm and check out before 1pm.
I travel down so many times, I rented a room for myself and another family, no one has ever had a terrible and difficult time and experience. They had to sleep in the car on their wedding night; (

That was a nice try from hotel management to cover for there employed but this morning I went to the lobby to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels and i was told they did not know where to find them that they would notify someone. I don't need them to notify someone i need fresh towels and toilet paper these are pretty important in a hotel. Wish I had not paid for two days i would take my kids and go somewhere else but it is non refundable. Definitely worst place I have stayed in Mexicali good luck if you stay here.
