They ran out of ranch dressing and didn't say anything when I ordered. Food was good and the dining area was clean

This place is really clean and they follow all COVID-19 protocols. The food is always great here.

Me and my husband children frequent this particular Carl's juniors at least twice a month the restaurant itself is nice the staff are young and the only thing I don't like about it is that when they mess up your order they do not like you too complain and they do not want to replace it which is really unfair. the pricing here is also very high so not a place to go if you're considering budgeting

Horrible Service at the register... They done even know their own menu, and substitute items on the sandwich/burger. Plus the QUALITY/PRESENTATION of their products is HORRIBLE and They charge 20 pesos for water.!!!

Good food and excellent service ask for the whole wheat bun it tastes way better and has more fiber
