Good place if you need something for your house. I was looking for the Y to connect 2 hoses from my water outlet and I found it easily.
Very good option because is opened from Monday to Sunday.
Other places may have cheaper prices but they may be articles you will find here. Even that is not the lowest price, you will find almost anything you need for your home.

Pretty much as all the Home Depots in Mexico. A lot of choice for the home stuff. As always staff not that helpful or have a great idea where things are. Price ok. Easy access as there is parking and next to a main road

Went to paint section for some home paint and wood varnish. I am Mexican but raised all my life in the U.S. my Spanish is very poor but I understand it. On July 23, 2022 at 5:20pm I always approached and basically harassed to buy an overpriced outdoor paint. When I told the worker I didn’t want it he slandered me in Spanish. Whatever I let it go. I went to ask for stir sticks and I was told they are not free. I said okay I only need one I’ll pay they say they couldn’t give it to me. When I asked if I can ask the manager to pay for one he laughed and said he was the manager. When I had enough I left. No reason to fight over a stick the so called manager asked where I was from. I said Chicago. He told me to go back to Chicago and get some sticks. This has to be the worse service I have gotten in my life. Racists staff if you are not native to Mexico. And I am!!

Was informed my refrigerator was going to be delivered on a specific date and was not, had to visit the store and find out my self since I did not get a call or nothing. I lost two days now. I have to wait four extra days for delivery. Not a happy camper.

Not much selection in tools. I was looking for a mandril (jaw clamp) for a multi-tool and they have NOTHING. This is ridiculous, they break and the multi-tool is rendered useless unless you can replace what should be a regular easy to buy part.

Good prices and products. But awful service. Nobody now the processes. If you looks there are three people doing nothing. If you asked for helped the people is very rude. It seems like they don’t like there job or their attitude it’s simply worst. They are far for the USA Retail service or in Mexico in other states.
