What a shame this mall was deserted. Only a handful of stores are open and the mall smells like a dog pound. I watched a customer let his dog take dump on the floor and not pick it up. Do not let YouTube videos and other pictures online deceive you.

Loved the night vibe of Harbor mall. Nice place to walk around. The mall inside is new and modern.

It says it’s “pet friendly” but it’s not even service animal friendly. They make you pick up your dog at every single store. It’s pretty fruitless to pick up a dog that’s supposed to help you with seizures. Absolutely horrible. It’s like they don’t even understand the concept of what a service animal is. They really need to do better.

Excellent new mall with great food options and a very nice starbucks right in front of the outdoor fountains. This place has great attention to details. Very nice place. Free parking.

This mall is terrible. Fountain not functional and in disrepair. 70% of the retail spaces are vacant. Only one expensive mediocre place to eat. No AC - super uncomfortable, presumably because not enough retail spaces rented to support the cost. Don’t come! Awful

The Harbor Lifestyle Mall is a pretty nice place to spend a good time.
Variety quality stores, wide aisles, and animal friendly.
Why 4 stars?
Some windows and doors entrances need a really good cleaning.
