Decent service and ambience. Good American food. Limited beer selection. A bit pricey for what is offered but that is expected with TGI.

Maybe I went on an off night. We sat at a table for 20 or 25 minutes after drinks were dropped off before finding the hostess to ask for a server to place an order. The hostess took our order and gave it to the server. Something was miscommunicated so we clarified our order with the server directly. The food still came out wrong and we had both native English and Spanish speakers at the table. I ordered a steak medium and it came out blue. An item was missing from my entree, even though clarified my friend received incorrect sides. When I brought it to the server's attention he took the entire plate back (rather than bringing a side plate so the steak could be sent back), so by the time I got my food my friends were already finished eating. No kind of adjustment was made to the bill for all of the inconveniences. Steer clear.

Went in wanting draft beer and they only had the more expensive Stella on tap. Very weak showing. Otherwise food and service was great.

Good service and food! Fridays cheeseburger is my favorite and of you're into eating salads I recommend the Yucatán chicken salad.

Waiter was rude,, served the wrong dessert. Rushed the time. Provided no alternative for menú substitutions. Never checked back on meal progress. Not like in the US.

Attended in person to place a "to go" order as has been my recent habit because lately they cannot locate my address or the meals arrive cold and unappealing. Waited the first 10 minutes and the owner entered the restaurant. Big fuss when he arrived by most of the staff. He sat at a table beside where I was sitting on the bench patiently awaiting my order. Within 3 minutes he had a beer and a more complicated meal than I had ordered. He seemed to enjoy it. 15 minutes later the manager was asked to sit with the owner. The manager went to the kitchen and within 2 minutes he returned carrying his own meal. I reacted with obvious body language when he walked past carrying his meal. After placing his meal on the table the manager promptly went to the kitchen and personally delivered my meals a minute later. Sadly I agree that customer service is not important at this restaurant. Doubtful if I will return to this place that I have supported for several years.....
