It is a very nice place to eat. You can have a good breakfast, brunch or dinner just in minutes. Very nice ambient. All employees are very friendly.
The only issue is the bathroom. It doesn't look dirty, but had an unpleasant smell.
Other than that, I will greatly come back to eat here, and I strongly recommend it.

As for the locale, nice atmosphere, clean, and they are following health protocols. As for what we ate there... Love the coffee; and the cinnamon rolls... OMG! Delicious!!! I will be going back often!

Ave Yucatan new place. Panni sándwich was cold. The chips were from the bottom of the bag. The coffee was good. This t bar isn't as good as the others. We found out that they do not have a panini press.. they were out of baguette and croissant for sandwiches. This was a 9 am in the morning.

Loved hanging out on the patio with a great cup of coffee, comfortable seats, and excellent Wi-Fi

Cute and comfortable place, horrible beverages (hot chocolate) overpriced and tasteless.
