First time there, several months ago, the steaks and service were good. Went back last week. The corazon de filete (filet), ordered medium rare, was absolutely raw (stone cold) at all but the outermost layer. Could the "chef" not invest in an instant-read thermometer for heaven's sake? Would that be asking too much? For shame! The meat was very tough, to boot (pun intended). The "steamed" vegetables were also raw. The only good part was the cooked-from-frozen potato wedges. The servers were very willing and attentive, but they could not make up for the extremely disappointing food. The (very large) restaurant was practically empty, but the many TVs were blaring away. Won't go back.
