Mr. Pampas has some amazingly helpful and friendly staff members and some really good salad bar items and a good meat selection (chicken, beef, pork and shrimp). They have signs posted around disallowing the use of photography, so I don't have many pictures as I stopped after this was pointed out to me.

The service is great but the food was a real let down. I do not recommend if you expect Brazilian churrascaria style meat.

Large variety of food loved, the beans I mixed with rice, the meats were consistently coming, beef, roast pork tenderloin so much I can't recall. Please make your reservation and find out for yourself,also prices were reasonable...will be back shortly.

Servers not trained to properly cut the meats.... Lots of selection, but not much quality meat.

They try to fill you up with the cheap stuff, chicken, turkey, sausage, etc...

The bacon wrapped items use very poor quality bacon.

For the price, I guess it's still a bargain.

1)Waiter serviceu003d A) unacceptable did not receive drinks until we were done with the salad bar. B) asked for another drink received it 17 minutes later. Waiter score 1 out of 10 (10 being the best)

2) Ask to see dessertsu003d A) was brought two plates with two diffrent cakes to choose from ( no dessert cart) after 10 minutes the dessert cart rolled by asked what they had available and was told you already made your choice ( dessert is not included in buffet, I asked so I could translate to the group what they had available) server's customer service horrible as he was upset as the group made their choices.

3) Ask for the bill to be rounded up. After letting them know to round it up I was told that rounding up is not enough to cover the tip for your waiter, this time they did not leave the area unattended like before. They made sure money was placed in the bill binder before we left the table.

4) Food
A) Qualityu003d we were offered 5 diffrent types quality was good. B)Varietyu003d server's had to be waived down to receive service and not enough variety. (Chicken/bacon, Chicken/cheese, al pastor, chicken wings, ribeye slivers)

So if you don't care about customer service and waiters telling you that you already chose a dessert then this place is a good place for food on a late Friday night.

Excellent choices of beef and chicken, a wide range of salads and desserts, the servers were excellent. The broiled pineapple with cinnamon is to die for. A totally excellent and unique dining experience.

If you love meat this place is very exciting. ????

I spent about two hours here so that I could try all the different meats they have on rotation, which I think was around 12-14 different meats.
