My dinner here was exceptional. They started with a well presented spread of tortillas, beans, and salsas. I had the mushroom tacos with bacon marmalade as my entree. So good! I would like an entire bathtub of that marmalade please. The best part was the pan de elote dessert. It’s cornbread with sweet corn sauce, corn ice cream, and caramel popcorn. I wanted to lick the plate!

A very creative take on normal Mexican cuisine. This place is awesome when you want a twist on the normal food that you will find in the Yucatán or Mexico. It’s closer to something that you would find in CDMX than Mérida with prices to match. Most of the tacos, tortas, huaraches, etc are around 100 pesos with the main dishes around 200 pesos. It has a super cute courtyard and the food is excellent. All of the salsas are handmade and awesome. The food is super creative and do try the pitchers of agua frescas and cocktails. There are specials most days but they are not well advertised (look in the bathroom). A welcome addition to the Mérida dining scene and a welcome break from common Yucateco food.

It was our first time at this restaurant, and we really enjoyed the service, the food and the overall vibe of this place. We will definitely return!

Lovely restaurant but the food was regretfully on the insipid side. We tried an array of appetizers and drinks, great presentation but lacking in flavor, salt, spice.
