We waited about 45 minutes to be seated in the mall seating area. It was incredibly hot and took a very long time to even get beverages(30 mins) Service was slow, even for México. Food was good once it arrived, typical IHOP food similar to the USA.

IHOP is inside the mall upstairs. I went because it it's always fun to see how chains compare between the USA and Mexico. Well, it was pretty much exactly the same. Which was good I guess but also I give 4 stars...nothing extraordinary, but consistently good.

A little taste of home. The service was excellent. The food was just as tasty as I remembered. Great value for the money.

It was my first time at IHOP in Mexico
The food was superb and the waitress was very professional.

Staff are very good and the food is pretty much the standard food served at Canadian IHOP.s. if you need a break from Mexican food this is the place. Note prices here are close to Canada's equivalent... about 4.00 cdn less. 02/2022.

Friendly enough. Felt clean but not mint. Food was good but I'm a European and American food will never match up.(haha)

Portions were unbelievably large though!
