Stayed here for two weeks and it was 12 days too long. Completely unresponsive staff, no hot water after 10 am or before 8 pm, and I saw the cleaning guy leave my room two hours after the lady had cleaned it. He had no cleaning supplies and I was shy a few pesos I had left out afterward.

Non luxurious hotel, basic services but rooms are spacious and confortable. We use it a lot because of its location in the north side of town; close to the largest and newest shopping malls as well to the beach.

The hotel was rated as a four star, but it didn't even had hot water and we could hear all conversations from the next room. Service and location were good.

Best price / value in Merida. If you are looking for a new and clean hotel for less than 800 pesos, you should consider The Siglo 21.

It's perfect, the roms afe big and confortable, and the pool is veru clean, it is a ver good hotel
