Right by the airport. restaurant has good offers. Pool closes at 10 and restaurant closes at 11 so if you arrive a little late you can still get a meal and swim. The room we had had a good air conditioner and was very comfortable. Price is awesome for the service

The stay at hotel hacienda inn aeropuerto has been a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful - especially our waiter Adam and the bellhop Williams. They always provided great tips on where to go in the city and made returning to the hotel feel inviting! The amenities are clean and well kept and the rooms are beautiful and affordable.

We stay here when we have early flights due to its close proximity to the Merida airport. It has decent rooms, good beds and an on-site restaurant serving better than average food. They said they had a wheelchair accessible room but we were unable to book it.

The staff was awesome, especially our bellhop Williams and our waiter Adam. Adam continuously provided my girlfriend and me with excellent service, conversation, and laughter. Williams time and time again would give us amazing recommendations of things to see, eat, and music to listen to all around the city of Merida. The rooms were clean and sizeable for the price and location of this hotel.

Don't go here. Worst service in history. Staff is very untrained. Running around with 6 - 8 people while all doing not that much. It's chaotic, they forget orders and 80% from the menu is missing. Only 1 person at the reception. This hacienda has had better times. Its only benefit is it has a giant pool, but that's about it.

It's cheap, and the food and drinks at the restaurant is fine. Otherwise the rooms are not the cleanest and in no way renovated and they have a bunch of weird rules. Also the neighborhood is a bit shady and run down
