I was at the Hacienda with my family. I think the place looks beautiful but I think they need to put more attention to the restaurant service and prices to elevate. The food is OK. Another recommendation is the pools need more maintenance to keep them clean. Cenote also was very dirty. And the fourth recommendation is they need more personnel that can explain more about the Hacienda when we entered only one person at the reception she could handle it..
I hope they take these recommendations as a positive and improve, it will be great for the visitors and also great for the Hacienda.

Beautiful place to stay for a day or longer. Beautiful grounds, spa and restaurant. Friendly staff

We did not stay here, but we just went to look around and have a drink in the restaurant. We loved it! The place is so beautiful. And the drinks were amazing. Also, the staff is super kind. And there was a band playing; some of the best live music I heard in Mexico.

The restaurant is wonderful! Food is delicious and elegantly served. The service is excellent! Carlos is our favourite!

Beautiful Hacienda Santa Cruz. Today's event was a artists bazaar with many very talented vendores/as.
Restaurant is always exceptional.

Large grounds...
Nice outdoor restaurant for lunch.
Guitar players on Sunday afternoon, but not too loud.
Tables are dressed with tablecloth.

We came to hang out for the day. Beautiful property, well maintained, great pools, friendly staff... everything was just a tad overpriced for what you get in my opinion.
