I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one right in front of a noisy bar. There was no towel so I had to dry off with the sheets. The coffee has a weird chemical taste. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel just doesn't know about cleaning. I booked 2 rooms, one room had hair in the bed and the other room the pillows stank, like if it had been soaked in saliva. It has a nice parking lot and the front desk staff spoke English and Spanish so I give them 2 stars.

I very surprised on how clean and nice this hotel is. This is a business hotel, so it's very simple and basic. But it's super clean, and the complimentary breakfast is amazing. I would stay there again, especially because their prices are very low and the service is great.

Rooms are small, but well set up and always clean. Nice options for the free breakfast. Price is great. Just off the Periferico, so you avoid the congestion in the city.

Its a good and practical hotel for short term stays under a budget.
Place is clean and they deliver what the promised. You get what you see.
Small breakfast included in the price.
Location is far away from Merida's downtown.

Great location, no luxury at all but enough to have a good nigth, free parking, free breakfast (really basic one), very friendly and well trained staff, free wifi internet, definetely I would stay there in the future.

its great for bussiness its located at the north of the city, you can find the better malls of Merida and the best restaurants.
