Dined in tonight at this location and a horrible customer service experience. I told the cashier I was dining in she completely forgot to give me a tag number for my meal. the waiter was lost asking around who my meal was for. Also I was never offered sauce like BBQ or Honey Mustard while ordering my food. Had to wait some other time to have the sauces delivered to my table. This people really NEED some training urgently

Clean and great service. Dined in and both hamburgers were luke warm, not hot. Dined in around 5pm on a Friday so we figured we would get hot, fresh food. Had the same experience at the location in Galerias Mall last time we were there. First time was great, hot burgers, 2nd time just warm.

Amazing burgers with tons of options, I even had one when I was on keto! Their chili fries are absolutely glorious. Drive thru is very efficient and the portion size is great!

Open for dine-in. Tables are spaced. Service was fast. Typical Carl's Jr. Menus, always good.
