I just went for a milk shake and it took about 20 minutes to get it. The milk shake was delicious but the service was very bad.
There were just 2 persons, one taking the order and one more in the kitchen, seems that all the other went out for lunch.
If I was the manager I would send them one by one, not all the team going for lunch at the same time and when there is more people. This is a business and need to be managed the best way in order to have happy customers.
