This was the second time we have stayed here for a family wedding. The first time was 10 years ago and the hotel has stood the test of time. The hotel services are good, but it is the excellent staff who have made both stays so good. We are returning again tomorrow for an extended stay this time, because we have enjoyed ourselves so much the previous times. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good quiet stay in Leon with excellent service.

Great servers!
Policies are outdated- no outside alcohol allowed or outside food near pool
Expect that your key cards will not work Every day, such a hassle and inconvenient. Stayed for 5 days/4 nights
Would not recommend.

Positive: The people cleaning my room it was very clean every night when i come back to. The room. Negative: That i was unable to use the washing machine and the staff couldn't help me.

Overall I was very happy with my stay. I enjoyed the good service at the restuarant and bar. I thought the food was very affordable. The hotel is a bit further from the main road but the benefit of that is the room was very quiet and I was able to sleep without hearing any noise despite Leon winning a football game. I enjoyed the pool, even at night despite the cooler temperature it was still enjoyable for a quick swim but I wish it had a better heater for night time swimming. The shuttle service to the nearby mall was very much appreciated. The property has a lot of secure parking available making getting in and out very easy. The service at the reception I could tell some of the staff were still being trained but it was still nice and I felt well treated as a Radisson gold member. The welcome drinks, food discount and room upgrade were as expected and up to standard. Looking forward to coming back again in the near future.

Great hotel, excellent location. Upgraded my room at no charge because my type of room was not available. Excellent service, I loved their restaurant! I definitely will stay here again next time I come to Leon.

Secure parking for compact to medium size cars. Larger SUVs might have trouble parking in the garage.
Room was comfortable. Bed very nice!!
Loved to close access to beach and pool.
We had an issue with the AC not getting as cool as we wanted. The staff was attentive, but room never became much cooler. It was ok for one night, but our sleep is much sounder when the temperature is lower.

Very affordable and comfortable lodging close to Mexico's premier leather goods district. Excellent staff, rooms have very good air conditioning system along with microwave and refrigerators in rooms.
