This was supposed to be a 3 star hotel based on my internt search. I would barely give it 1 star. The first day my wife u0026 I were give 1 small bottle of water to share for brushing our teeth u0026 after that day no more water was provided. They served a complementary breakfast each day but the food was always cold. Fruit, eggs, frejoles, sometimes vegetables, chilaquiles, u0026 pan dulce. Rafa the waiter who served breakfast was the only smiling friendly person on the hotel staff. Everyone else seemed lazy u0026 very unfriendly. We will not be staying here again.

Very bad customer service. I was given a different room than what was on my reservation. I came in so tired after a long journey I didn’t check and didn’t think it mattered until I noticed there was no view and the room was really loud. I was supposed to be on the 4th floor and instead they put me on the 1st floor. The reception said that it was because I checked in early and it was what was available (I checked in at 2:40pm). She also said it was loud in all of the rooms but I think it was just an excuse. She also didn’t listen to me and just kept cutting me off. The room itself was unclean, so if it was the one that was “ready”, i would hate to see how the others were! I will not be staying at this chain again- once was enough!

The location is fine, it is inside a little mall, next to a market, a KFC and a movie theater. The rooms are very very small but clean. The complementary breakfast is almost good. But elevators are small, it also can't handel their capacity. This time I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get into the elevator. They offer free transportation.

Stayed here for the fair. Great location to the poliforum. Small rooms with thin walls, but clean and functional. Good breakfast and free parking which was important to us.

At first I had my doubts saw terrible reviews of security but had a great night great hotel and safe.

Very budget motel. My one towel had a huge black hair on it. There was also hair elsewhere. The room was a bit bigger than a walk in closet. The floors were slimey like old water was used when cleaning.

Rooms are small, but since we only needed to sleep it suit our purpose. Has all the basic needs and breakfast is included with the reservation. AC works very well too.
