The hotel itself is excellent, however the customer service especially in the restaurant is horrible. The free breakfast has limited and bland food choices. The waiters are hit and miss and very hard to come by.
The hotel is located in a convenient location and has easy in/out access to major streets.
This hotel has great potential, however I suggest providing better customer service throughout. We probably would not stay here again nor recommend. The city of Leon has other choices of hotels that do provide better service.

Excelente place. It's all new. Great parking outside and underground. The rooms are Great! And the restaurant looks very nice. I haven't yet enjoyed the food. The view at night from a higher floor is very nice.

We had 2 rings taken from our room on tuesday. We reported it in the morning. Reminded them again the next day. We are checked out now and they did absolutely nothing about it. I also bought 2 Wednesday newspapers and rolled them up with a rubber band. When we came back from shopping they went missing too. These were souvenirs because our friends were in it. Looked all over town the next day but impossible to find yesterday's paper. So sad

Definitely the best family hotel in Leon. Everything is clean and calm. The parking lot is nice and has 24 hour security at the entrance. There is a gym, pool and spa. Breakfast is also included and they have plenty of options as well as food to order that does cost extra.

They still owe me a refund. It's been more than a month and still waiting. They definitely wont see me ever again. Would give zero stars if possible

The hotel is really good, the driver service makes it easy to find good restaurants if you're a foody like me.
