We stayed here couple of nights and there were a lot of maintenance problems at the whole hotel, however, we highly recommend to keep in touch with BRAIAN (he’s the only one who speaks great English and other languages, he’s at the front desk) he helped to make our stay better and clear all our doubts. Thanks for everything Brian! Bone Chance!

Great hotel, not great views from all rooms which might be expected from the orientation of the building and it's location overlooking the city. Staff is attentive, though nothing to highlight, basic service I would say. Good Covid-19 counter measures, Room Service menu could be improved.

Pros: hotel is brand new, rooms are excellent with a lot of tech devices and great support. Decor is beautiful, minimalistic, with wooden rooms finish and a lot of space in both bedroom and bathroom.

Service was excellent as well, from check-in to check-out.

Cons: hotel is a little far away from the city center, there are not so many things to do around the hotel. Some parts of the hotel are still under construction.

There is a Wal-Mart right behind the building, so it is convenient for long term stays.
The rooms are spacious enough and the front desk is great, but the bed making is a bit lax.

This the most fancy hotel I ever been in Leon, it is a new hotel with an impressive technology, is an intelligent room, you can find a tablet in your room so you can do almost everything. It has a Nespresso machine and a double sink at the bathroom. In the hotel you can find at the top a swimming pool, kids club, spa, a gym and a really cool bar so you can enjoy your evening there

The hotel was nice but the restaurant's foods were very dissappointed, I don't recommend to eat here.

Beautiful design and super staff to help. Pool closed and changeover to hyatt causing some noise!
