I was gladly surprised when visiting the hotel as it is better than expected. Even if the elevator is old, the rooms are very well organized and have great quality appliances. It has great beautiful spaces and very attentive staff, it was a delightful stay.

One of our favorite hotels! We have stayed various times in the past and have always had pleasant experiences. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the aesthetic is beautiful. It is also very-well located and you are not far from el centro. 11/10

Some staff were lovely. Some had Worst service EVER. Constant issues. When I first arrived at the hotel there was a major issue at the front desk. The girl at the front desk also lied to me and said her manager was not in the hotel and not available. I asked another staff member and they immediately got the manager.

No communication or service skills.

The spa promised services that they did not actually have. I tried to ask the bartender on Sunday night a woman if I could buy some peanuts because I was starving she said no very rudely we are closed. They literally had just closed one minute before and the peanuts were in packages so she could’ve easily gotten them.

All of these issues I blame on the parent company and the owners of the Brand, not on the people working at the hotel.

The owners of the company obviously have serious issues training management and staff. Another issue on Sunday was going to the restaurant to order a coffee.

The girl took 30 minutes and then still wanted to charge me for the cappuccino. Completely ridiculous. No concept of “when you make big mistakes, you then comp something.”

Very Elegant! Staff was great we were there for a Family Wedding (night of Sat 15th) our Waiter Rodrigo was Great we never had an empty cup from Water to Mix drinks u0026 Coffee's he never abandoned us! Wife u0026 I stayed for the night and seems like all Staff is trained to be the best at Customer Service! I really enjoyed the environment felt like Home away from Home! 5 ???? all the Way!!!! Looking Fwd to be back here!!!! ????????

I was not impressed at all. The loud music from bar was hard to ignore as was the freezing room. I called and asked how to work the heater and they sent maintenance to tell me there was no heat only AC…during winter???!! needless to say we were freezing during the night even with the space heater they provided. the breakfast is not included. We purchased the buffet style breakfast and I was not allowed to take my left over orange juice even after I explained I can not combine my solids with my liquids…We will never stay here again.
